ANS Design House, is a creative design studio founded by Architect Amit N. Phanse and
Interior Designer Shivangi Shahane-Phanse in 2009.

The firm was started with a desire to make a beautiful environment in the surrounding world. The purpose of our designs is to give aesthetic elegance with the primary focus on functionality.

Over the years the company has delivered state of the art Healthcare facilities, cheerful Preschools, theme-based Cafes, functional and chic Office spaces, and ingenious Residential designs and many more At ANS we believe in creating a user experience to the spaces we treat and edify. Our philosophy is that space should speak for itself about the user. The ambiance we develop is a function of the personality and taste of our clients.

Our clients come to us with a plethora of ideas for their spaces. We help them tie these ideas with their values, design, and functionality. The outcome is not just a good design that stands out but it’s a great design that FITS IN.

How We Work

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is where we understand the needs of the client in terms of usage and aesthetics. Get an overview of the property or space. Rephrase the understanding based on requirements, space and budget.

CONCEPT

Survey the space to be designed. Work out multiple concepts and ideas based on the initial brief. Review and revisit the concepts to help clients reach to a holistic picture of the space. Finalize on the schematic concept in consultation and agreement with the client.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Here the finalized concepts are put into action for detailed design process. Every piece of the space is now looked upon in terms of how it looks, how it works and how it is to be built. This an elaborate phase where design is an outcome of effective dialogue between client and our design team. It also involves selection of the appropriate materials. The cost implications and time lines are finalized based these discussions in coordination with third party contractors and suppliers.

PROJECT EXECUTION

Supply to the Contractor sufficient copies of the working drawings and specifications, Bill of Quantities (if required) to enable him to execute the project. Give periodical supervision and inspection as may be necessary to ensure that the work executed as per the drawings and in general accordance with the contract. Advise the client on the quality of the work. Preside the weekly meetings on site with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to track the timely completion of project

Principal Architect

He is responsible for most of the accomplished projects under the Healthcare segment, that have received accolades from best doctors in the Industry. He also handles complex and diversified technical projects and is the brain behind most of the ingenious design concepts and ideas. His patient and focused approach to executing projects has earned him a lot of admiration from his colleagues and clients. He is an expert in designing Hotels, Hospitals and Offices .

SHIVANGI SHAHANE-PHANSE

Principal Designer

She firmly believes ‘God is in Details’. Play of colors, judicious use of materials and holistic approach of creating a structure in its totality- inspires her designs. The spaces she creates are also acutely aware of form, shadow and light while at the same time paying great attention to the volume, scale and materials. She is creativity personified, when it comes to making concepts and treating spaces. Theme based designs is her speciality and can be vividly seen in her designs. Luxury Residences, Impeccably planned Offices and Theme based Restaurant are her core area of expertise.
